What are the service charges?We have a modest service charge in place to enhance your leasing experience. For a lease tenure of 2 years, a nominal fee of Rs 10,000 will be applicable. Similarly, for a 3-year lease tenure, the service charge will be Rs 15,000. This small investment ensures the smooth facilitation of your leasing process, covering administrative support, legal documentation, and comprehensive tenant services throughout the lease period.

Since when is the company operational?We have been in operation since 2016. In addition, we have diversified into various sectors such as wealth management, home interiors, and construction. Specifically, Vallee Space commenced its operations in February 2024.

What is the security for the tenant's money/lease amount?We prioritize complete transparency in our operations. To uphold this, we facilitate a direct in-person meeting between you and the property owner. Additionally, for tenant security, we issue a Post Dated Cheque (PDC) at the agreement's inception, covering the entirety of the tenant's payment. This PDC is set for 2 days before the tenure concludes, enabling a smooth vacating process. Rest assured, the agreement will be executed on legally valid Stamp Paper.
